MY NAME IS PHIL MURPHY I AM A RETIRED EMT AND HAVE WITNESSED SEIZURES MY WIFE AND CAN NOT HAVE KIDS OUR CATS ARE OUR KIDS WE PUT THIS ON OUR KIDS IN EFFECT THESE PEOPLE KILLED OUR KIDS IN MY OPINION THEY MURDERED OUR KIDS WE THINK THEY SHOULD BE TREATED AS MURDERS
ANY ONE OUT THERE WANT TO GO IN ON A CLASS ACTION AND GIVE THE MONEY TO THE ASPCA

I am deeply sorry for your loss, Phil.
There are currently several class actions in progress against Hartz and the other makers of pet poisons. Anyone who has been the victim of those products can also seek reimbursement for their loss in small claims court.

I am sorry for your loss Phil.
I likewise lost my cat/friend to the same reckless corporate greed that drives this whole business.
My cat died after a week of slow deterioration including multiple seizures. She was a great cat. That was 2 months ago and I am still not over it.
I will support any thing that can be done to bring this company to justice.

It is regulated through the EPA not FDA. I checked into suing; they reimubursed me for my ER vet bill. My vet said it is pathetic, so many have to die/become ill before they will pull if from the markets, and it’s all controlled by EPA. If it were a person it would have been pulled ages ago. Sickening ! I am so sorry for your loss.

I’m living with the guilty feeling that I killed my precious cat who was very healthy before I applied the two drops of the flea medicine. I thought I was helping by “protecting” her from fleas, I was wrong and it was to late – she passed on August 16, 2012 @ 5:30.

i just lost my cat early saturday morning.my cats are my children just like you and your wive.i know how you felt.im sorry for your loss.i would join you in a heartbeat.these people need to pay for what they did to our loved ones and ourselves.
