Two of my cats started pooping blood about 2 days after I put Hartz flea collars on them and another got sores. This product is totally toxic to animals (and probably humans) and should be removed from the market. I can’t believe no one has started a class action lawsuit.

“pooping blood about 2 days after I put Hartz flea collars on them” … this doesn’t sound like any known reaction to the chemicals in their flea collars. Tetrachlorvinphos is a nerve gas in high concentrations (you would have seen excessive salivation and eye-watering)…
and (S)-methoprene? … that’s a hormone analog. “Methoprene is used in the production of a number of foods including meat, milk, mushrooms, peanuts, rice and cereals.” It’s also fed in bulk to cattle.
I don’t know what caused the bloody stool, but it certainly wasn’t a neurotoxin or hormone that your cats are likely already ingesting in their food…
