My dog got very sick and died after I put Hartz flea and tick repellant on his back, the vet. said all he could do was to try to wash what was left out of his hair but he had already absorbed to much damaged his nerevous system
Both legendary Hartz victim, Richard Parsons, and Sergeant’s victim, Aundria Arlandson (who meets annually with the EPA as part of http://TinyTimmy.org), are named plaintiffs in this suit.
To our knowledge, this has been dropped to a lesser action, but the suit is still active.
I quote: “The suit goes on to state “in 2008 alone, there were approximately 48,000 reports of adverse events from the spot-on or squeeze-on products including pyrethrins, Permethrin, or other pyrethroids…According to a media report, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), which regulates the products, has seen a “sharp increase in adverse consequences” resulting from these products…Adverse reactions reported range from mild effects such as skin irritation to more serious effects such as seizures, and in some cases, death of the pet,” the advisory said. The lawsuits are reportedly seeking class action status.”
HartzVictims.org is here to raise awareness and provide a one-stop website where consumers and victims can find information on the lethal Hartz Advanced Care Flea and Tick drops, as well as other dangerous pet products.

Hello IDELIVER443,
To our knowledge, the law offices of Carella Byrne are still handling a case that began as a Class Action in 2010:
