Please help us get this product pulled! Our poor pug has been showing many of these same side effects from Sentrypro XFC for several days despite giving him a bath about 30 hours after his initial drops. We have never seen him act like this and are bringing him to the vet this evening. I am appalled that the box packaging does not say anything about these side effects! Does anyone know a number to report this incident to?
Does anyone have an actual recipe to help my poor little guy out? Please help!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! IT ALMOST KILLED MY BICHON.
I got my dogs back from a week of boarding at the vet's yesterday and they had ticks. From the vets!
I have always used Bio Spot without fail, because everything else bothered my Bichon's sensitive skin. But the vet claimed Bio Spot doesn't work, (it's never their fault, right?) She gave me two Preventic collars for dogs over 60 pounds which I did not notice until I got home and the office had closed, and since both of my dogs combined weigh 26 pounds, I went to Petsmart & bought SentryPro XFC for dogs 9 - 20 pounds to use on my Bichon and toy Poodle instead. Knowing my Bichon (14 lbs) has sensitive skin, I used less than 1/3 of one tube (9 - 20 lbs) dabbing two spots, one on his neck and one above his tail, then I did the same for my 11 pound poodle, discarded the rest of that tube and put the remaining two tubes in my medicine cabinet.
Both dogs almost immediately began to whine, rub themselves, and run around as if they were on fire! After searching the internet, I tried all the listed suggestions: Benedryl, tuna water, baths, cold compresses, etc., but nothing helped. I called the company and they said to try a de-greasing dish soap, like Dawn. Well it is 3:15 am, more than 9 hours, 2 cans of tuna water, 3 baths, and a dose of Benedryl later and my dogs are still climbing the walls. The Bichon runs in circles and cries and the poodle (who has never had any allergic reactions in the 10 yrs I've had her) keeps pawing at me and trying to bite her rear end. I am really pissed at the vet for not keeping their kennels right in the first place. I still can't believe they picked up ticks from the vet. Between checking them every few hours for ticks last night, and the discomfort from the "treatment" tonight, I have to function at work tomorrow on less than 4 hours of sleep total in two nights.
My babies are in agony and I will NEVER use this product again, nor will I ever board my pets with this particular veterinary office!

I would also like to post that we used a Sentry product on my lhasa apso about a month ago. Soon after she started to go nuts and her little heart was just racing.....it took 3-4 baths with a special soap we have to calm her down. It was a recent newspaper article that brought to my attention this issue and I am astounded by how many complaints I see scattered across the internet.

I am so thankful my dog is okay but I am so angry that this company allows this to happen.

I just used this product on my dog about half an hour ago and I noticed that she started barking and acting erratic. I figured that it was working and the fleas were dying. No such luck, her skin is turning red. It scared me so I did a search of hartz ultra pro and came across this post. I don't like to see my dog in any kind of pain and I'm pissed. I took a warm wash cloth and gently wiped her down because I don't want to irritate her skin more than it already is. It looks as though I have to throw this stuff away and use Frontline. My baby shouldn't be in pain for something that should be helping her.

This stuff is POISION...SENTRYPRO XFC almost killed my dogs and it has sickend hundreds, if not thousands.

Google SENTRYPRO XFC and read the posts in the first result. This company refuses to take responsibility and pull the product. one of my dogs has not recovered very well and still has problems.

I also gave my dog Sentry Pro and noticed 3 hours later that he was jerking his back leg like it hurt him. I checked his foot and it didn't seem to bother him if I touched it...which would indicate that it wasn't hurting him. I washed the Sentry Pro off and he seems to be okay.
